Refund policy
Forisca does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged, defective, or leaked condition.
Eligibility for Return:
- The product must be reported as damaged, defective, or leaked.
- Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns for personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction post-use will not be accepted.
How to Report:
Email info@forisca.com with:
- Order number
- Photographs of the product, packaging, and invoice
- A clear description of the issue
Conditions Under Which Returns Are Rejected:
- Complaints made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence of use, tampering, or handling beyond delivery inspection.
- Non-physical defects unrelated to quality or packaging integrity.
Refund Process:
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days upon verification.
- Refunds credited to the original method of payment.
Product Quality Complaints
Complaints are addressed strictly for the following:
- Damage during transit
- Manufacturing defects
- Leakage during shipment
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled after placement as processing commences immediately.
Important Notes:
- Cancellation requests post-order confirmation are not accepted.
- Refusal to accept delivery will result in deduction of shipping and handling fees from any refund.
